Project-specific terms
TaskHalo terms of use
TaskHalo is a free task planner that stores your data on your device. Use it responsibly, keep your own backups, and note that it is provided as is.
Effective date: 2026-11-01
1. Acceptance
By using TaskHalo you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. These terms are an agreement between you and Amine Jouhri, an individual developer.
2. The app
TaskHalo helps you capture tasks, plan your day with time blocks, use templates for routines and track a planning streak. It is free, works offline and stores your data on your device (and in your device backups, if you use them).
3. Your responsibilities
Use the app lawfully. You are responsible for the content you enter and for keeping your own backups.
4. Intellectual property
Amine Jouhri retains rights in the original TaskHalo software and design. Tasks and other content you enter remain yours. Open-source components retain their respective licences and notices.
For copies distributed through an app store, the applicable store terms and licence apply. For an App Store copy, Apple's Standard EULA applies unless a custom EULA is supplied in the store listing. These terms supplement that licence and do not replace or restrict rights it grants.
5. No warranty
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TaskHalo is provided "as is", without additional warranties, and the developer is not liable for loss of data or other damages arising from its use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies you have under mandatory consumer law.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated in a future app version. You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it.
